Mission:

Deliver customer value through providing quality development work on our web application.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop code for enterprise-level products
  • Work in a high-performing lean environment
  • Estimate development tasks for time to completion
  • Coordinate with product managers and designers to achieve delightful customer experiences
  • Regular and consistent communication of progress on projects and tasks
  • Create automated tests for tasks, working with a QA analyst to automate tests cases
  • Provide concise documentation to explain product functionality and improve technical communication between stakeholders.
  • Architect and oversee larger software development projects for the team
  • Provide good technical details when breaking down tasks
  • Ensures the team is following JobNimbus and general industry standards
  • Mentor other developers on the team
  • Effectively collaborates across teams and contributes to the discipline as a whole
