Outbound Account Executive I

Mission:
As an Outbound Account Executive I at JobNimbus, your mission is to drive new revenue by creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with contractors across the country. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle-from prospecting to close-and play a critical role in helping our customers become heroes in their businesses.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach, and strategic follow-ups)
- Own the full sales cycle: from first touch to closed-won
- Run high-quality discovery calls and product demos that uncover customer needs and deliver value
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas ($6,000 MRR target)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to maintain consistent performance
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Bring energy, confidence, and professionalism to every customer interaction
