Mission:
Drive pipeline growth by creating high-quality sales opportunities. You’ll connect with contractors, uncover their needs, and spark interest in how JobNimbus can transform their business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, video) into contractors and roofing businesses
- Convert inbound interest into action by quickly qualifying leads and booking high-quality demos
- Own discovery by asking sharp questions to uncover pain points and determine fit
- Set Account Executives up to win with clear context, strong qualification, and seamless handoffs
- Execute with intensity by consistently hitting daily activity targets and pipeline goals
- Optimize your approach by testing messaging, refining outreach, and improving conversion rates
- Maintain a clean, disciplined CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and visibility
