About the role:

We are currently seeking a talented Partner Marketing to join our Marketing team in creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating content that aligns and supports both partner and JobNimbus marketing strategies
  • Organizing and executing joint partner marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating partner relationships and representing JobNimbus at partner meetings and events to discuss programming
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our customers, personas, verticals, and capabilities
  • Working with JobNimbus strategic partners to create and strengthen shared messaging
  • Supporting the creation of various co-branded content pieces such as blogs, webinars, discussion guides, newsletters, customer case studies, press releases, podcasts, and more
  • Developing an understanding of our partner’s marketing strategies in order to develop and deliver cooperative marketing plans for joint outcomes
  • Producing metrics in order to report on all content, joint marketing campaigns, social outreach, etc. in order to measure effectiveness, velocity, ROI etc.
  • Manage and coordinate co-hosted events (virtual and in-person) as well as contributing to the success of partner sponsored events
  • Prepare co-branded promotional and presentation materials
  • Managing relationships with existing external partners, and optimize existing partnerships to drive incremental performance
  • Identifying and recruiting new key partners and developing an execution strategy to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to successfully develop and execute on new partnership opportunities that drive new customer acquisition

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience planning, managing, and executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Experience in the tech industry
  • B2B software / SaaS business experience
  • Strong knowledge of performance-based partnerships and direct response marketing
  • Advanced familiarity with digital marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools
  • Ability to distill information from weekly reporting into an action plan
  • Comfortable presenting to both key internal stakeholders and external partners, with a strong talent to negotiate and persuade
  • Familiar with partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with external partners in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Proactive, highly-organized, and capable of multitasking

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, etc. or equivalent experience
  • Experience at a 1-200 employee company
  • CRM, B2B, SaaS, Hubspot experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with experience gaining team consensus and driving deliverables
