Mission:

Shape and elevate the end-to-end customer experience by setting a clear design vision, championing excellence, and delivering strategic, intuitive, and validated solutions that span multiple personas, workflows, and platforms.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Set the vision for design direction across key product areas, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a cohesive user experience strategy.
  • Influence and evolve company-wide design practices, raising the bar for quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and business leaders to translate complex customer goals and challenges into impactful, scalable solutions.
  • Drive a customer-centered design process rooted in real insights, research, and data—from interviews and testing to analytics and collaboration with CX and Sales.
  • Guide the creation of polished, user-friendly experiences using our brand guidelines and robust design system.
  • Communicate your design vision and ideas effectively through storyboards, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Mentor designers across teams, helping them grow their craft, confidence, and influence.
  • Lead design critiques, foster a culture of constructive feedback, and act as a multiplier for team impact and cohesion.
  • Champion innovation by introducing new tools, technologies, and processes to elevate our design discipline.
  • Own the holistic customer journey—proactively identifying gaps, driving improvements, and turning problems into opportunities.

What Makes You the Hero for This Job:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in product or UX design, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and execute on a long-term design vision that influences product and company direction.
  • Experience mentoring designers at various levels and shaping team culture and standards.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with AI design tools and emerging technologies (preferred).
  • Deep expertise in human-centered design and the ability to balance business, customer, and technical needs.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills—able to present to executives, influence cross-functional teams, and advocate for design.
  • Highly self-directed with excellent prioritization and organizational skills
