We are obsessed with the hero's journey at JobNimbus. Every person has a hero's journey. Hermione Granger, James T. Kirk, Frodo Baggins, Anna & Elsa, Nacho Libre, and even YOU! This is our “call to adventure” to come check out JobNimbus. What do you have to lose? You might make a few new friends, learn about a sick new company doing some amazing things, and maybe you’ll even land a new job!

Mission:

The GTM Engineer is responsible for designing and building intelligent, AI-powered GTM systems that eliminate manual work, connect data across tools, and unify our Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Support teams into a seamless, high-performing revenue engine.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and build AI-powered automations across the full GTM funnel; from lead capture to expansion and renewal, eliminating manual work and increasing pipeline velocity
  • Own and evolve our Clay infrastructure for enrichment, lead scoring, and outbound automation-deeply integrated with HubSpot
  • Build custom internal tools powered by Claude (Anthropic API), using HubSpot as the core data layer and leveraging APIs, webhooks, and Claude Code
  • Architect and maintain integrations across our GTM tech stack, ensuring clean, reliable data flow between systems
  • Identify broken, manual, or inefficient workflows across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Support, and make them disappear through automation
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize and execute high-impact automation and AI initiatives
  • Document and scale the systems you build so they are durable, repeatable, and not dependent on you
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI and GTM tooling-bringing new ideas that push our revenue engine forward

What Makes You the Hero for This Job:

  • You’ve built real systems, not just workflows. You’ve used APIs, webhooks, or code to solve business problems
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (workflows, custom objects, APIs, and data architecture)
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools for enrichment, outbound automation, and AI workflows
  • Experience building applications on top of Claude or other LLM APIs, especially using CRM data as context
  • You understand how GTM teams actually work, and where things break between Marketing, Sales, and CX
  • You are outcome-driven and you care about hours eliminated, pipeline created, and systems improved
  • You are a self-starter—you don’t wait for tickets, you find problems and fix them

 Superpowers:

  • Ownership. You own GTM outcomes, not just systems. You take full responsibility for the automations and infrastructure that power our revenue engine. When pipeline stalls or processes break, you don’t wait but you diagnose, build, and fix it. If you need direction or someone to hold your hand, this job is not for you.
  • Customer Obsessed. Your customers are our internal revenue teams, and ultimately the end customer. Everything you build should make Sales, Marketing, and CX teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
  • Proactive Learning. GTM tech and AI are evolving fast, and you stay ahead of it. You’re constantly exploring new tools (Clay, Claude, APIs, automation frameworks), testing what’s possible, and bringing ideas that push our revenue engine forward.
  • Team Commitment. You partner deeply with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Support leaders to build systems that actually get used. You don’t build in a vacuum, but you collaborate, share knowledge, and elevate how the entire GTM organization operates.
  • Self Awareness. You know where you’re strongest, whether that’s systems architecture, automation, or GTM strategy—and where you need support. You seek feedback, iterate quickly, and build solutions that scale beyond yourself.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
