Mission:
The Professional Services Consultant is focused on working with JobNimbus customers to build out JobNimbus workflows and features (within the confines of the functionality of the system,) to drive value in and early adoption of the software, by creating a software environment that most closely matches their needs. As an integral part of the Professional Services team, the Professional Services Consultant will help to share best practices both internally in JobNimbus and externally with the customer, Share, and drive feedback needs toward the product team, work closely with the other members of the Pro-Services team to offer support and training to other people in the company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customizing JobNimbus software to fit the unique needs and processes of our construction heroes. Think of yourself as their personal software architect, wielding your technical expertise to tailor our platform and empower their success.
- Thinking outside the box and leveraging best practices to identify creative solutions for our heroes. Every hero's journey is unique, and you'll be their guide, crafting innovative approaches to overcome their challenges.
- Providing exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond. You'll be the hero behind the hero, ensuring their questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and they feel empowered to achieve their goals.
- More than setting up a JobNimbus Account. you would also be applying industry best practices, and unleashing the power of the platform through advanced setup and automation
- It can be hard to lead a workshop. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will help guide our logos help show them how to grow in the best possible ways
What makes you the hero for this job:
- This role is located in Florida. Must be willing to travel as a requirement (Up to 50%)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success.
- MS or Google Office Suite expertise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to guide customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
- The ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical, growth mindset.
- Consulting experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Public Speaking skills
- Real-life experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
