Lehi, UT
Full Time
Experienced

We are obsessed with the hero's journey at JobNimbus. Every person has a hero's journey. Hermione Granger, James T. Kirk, Frodo Baggins, Anna & Elsa, Nacho Libre, and even YOU! This is our “call to adventure” to come check out JobNimbus. What do you have to lose? You might make a few new friends, learn about a sick new company doing some amazing things, and maybe you’ll even land a new job!

Mission:

Build and scale a partner-driven growth engine that transforms our partner ecosystem into a consistent, measurable source of pipeline and revenue. Through strategic co-marketing programs, partner enablement, webinars, events, and campaigns, you'll help our partners succeed while driving meaningful business growth for JobNimbus.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by developing scalable marketing programs that turn strategic partnerships into consistent revenue-generating channels. Build repeatable motions that create measurable business impact and support long-term growth.
  • Plan and execute high-impact co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including joint content, case studies, incentive programs, email nurtures, co-branded advertising campaigns, and other demand generation activities designed to engage shared audiences and drive qualified opportunities.
  • Lead partner webinars and field marketing programs from concept through execution, including lunch & learns, regional events, and partner engagement initiatives. Ensure every program is aligned to pipeline goals and delivers measurable business results.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, RevOps, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to align priorities, support strategic initiatives, and create a seamless experience for both partners and customers. Establish clear processes, playbooks, and systems that enable partners to become active contributors to pipeline growth.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize partner marketing performance through accurate attribution, reporting, and ROI tracking in HubSpot and other systems. Continuously evaluate partner effectiveness, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and maintain a strategic roadmap that scales the partner marketing channel over time.

What Makes You the Hero for This Job:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or a related discipline
  • Proven success generating pipeline and revenue through marketing campaigns or partner programs
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy and execution
  • Experience partnering closely with Business Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Demonstrated ability to own both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience measuring campaign performance, attribution, and ROI
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up
  • Willingness to travel for partner events and strategic initiatives
  • Experience with HubSpot, PartnerStack, or similar marketing and partner platforms preferred
  • Experience in SMB SaaS, construction technology, or related industries is a plus

Superpowers:

  • Extreme Ownership. You think like the owner of a revenue channel, not a marketing support function. You take responsibility for pipeline outcomes, proactively solve problems, and build systems that create measurable business impact. You don't wait for direction—you identify opportunities and make them happen.
  • Customer Obsessed. You understand that great partner marketing creates value for everyone involved: our customers, our partners, and our business. You build programs that help partners better serve shared customers while creating experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and growth.
  • Proactive Learning. You stay curious about new marketing channels, partnership strategies, attribution models, and demand generation tactics. You constantly test, learn, and optimize, using data and feedback to improve results and stay ahead of the market.
  • Team Commitment. You build strong relationships across Business Development, Sales, RevOps, Customer Experience, Marketing, and external partners. You communicate clearly, align stakeholders around common goals, and believe the best results come from winning together.
  • Self Awareness. You know your strengths, seek feedback, and continuously improve. You recognize where you need support, aren't afraid to challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions that balance strategy, execution, and long-term growth.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
