Director of Sales, Expansion

Mission:
This person will be managing the Expansion AE’s. The main goal being increased adoption of our products across our customer base. This person will also oversee the account management function for expansion and those reps will have a book of business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the expansion revenue target for each of our products
- Working with new business sales, Implementation, and Product to ensure strong NRR and Growth
- Identify key areas for growth and product improvement
- Implement the sales methodology and improve KPI's for team
