Mission:
As the Chief Revenue Officer, your mission is to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious revenue goals by designing strategic sales paths, optimizing processes, and fostering a competitive, results-driven culture. You will drive value-focused customer engagements, develop scalable methodologies, and ensure every deal aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile while empowering your team to achieve unparalleled success.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and inspiring the sales team to attain and overachieve new sales targets.
  • Designing and staffing specific sales paths tailored for SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and strategic deals.
  • Revamping the product demo process to focus on delivering value and increasing demo-to-win conversion rates.
  • Recruiting and managing outbound sales teams to drive 30% of new sales opportunities by 2026.
  • Developing and implementing a sales methodology framework, ensuring consistent training and utilization.
  • Coaching sales reps to improve funnel conversions, reviewing calls and demos weekly for continuous improvement.
  • Setting quotas and designing compensation plans that motivate and reward top-performing reps while staying within budget.
  • Collaborating with RevOps to optimize sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
  • Partnering with onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and high retention rates.
  • Driving a competitive and merit-based sales culture, including planning and executing an annual President’s Club.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in designing and executing sales strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing sales teams, including AEs and SDRs.
  • Experience implementing and training on sales methodology frameworks to ensure consistent execution.
  • Proficiency in identifying customer pain points and aligning product solutions to meet their needs.
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and enforcing process adherence.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to foster a competitive, goal-oriented sales culture.
  • Knowledge of quota setting, sales compensation planning, and sales efficiency metrics.
  • Expertise in ICP selling and customer retention strategies, including mitigation of clawbacks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate with RevOps on data-driven decision-making.
