Strategic Event Coordinator

Mission:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic events team. This role is crucial in maximizing the ROI of our events and finding creative ways to increase revenue growth through strategic event planning and execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Revenue Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with rev ops, sales and marketing team to define event KPIs and track performance against revenue goals.
- Event Coordination & Execution: Ability to take lead on the on-site event execution, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees and maximizing lead capture opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Ability to train and execute on lead generation and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated at events.
- Budget Management & Reporting: Track and report on event expenses, providing detailed financial analysis.

- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and revenue-driven event strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially able to communicate cross-departmentally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Hero preferred skills:
- Proven success in developing and executing revenue-generating event strategies within the SaaS industry.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and experience collaborating with sales teams to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or previous SDR/Sales experience (preferably in a travel-based role).
