This is our “call to adventure” to come check out JobNimbus. What do you have to lose? You might make a few new friends, learn about a sick new company doing some amazing things, and maybe you’ll even land a new job!

Mission:

At JobNimbus, we’re on a mission to make contractors heroes. As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing, your mission is to architect and scale the systems that power our marketing engine-enabling clear attribution, predictable pipeline, and confident growth. You will bring clarity to complexity, ensuring our marketing efforts are measurable, actionable, and built for long-term scale without creating operational debt.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and scale a consistent marketing funnel framework, including lifecycle stages, lead statuses, routing rules, and qualification processes
  • Standardize campaign architecture, naming conventions, and governance to enable reliable, repeatable reporting
  • Architect and automate lead management systems, including lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, and marketing-to-sales handoffs
  • Establish and enforce SLAs between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Own HubSpot data integrity and continuously improve data hygiene across contacts, companies, and campaigns
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement automation and system improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally and serve as the HubSpot expert, translating strategy into scalable systems, guiding configuration, and driving team adoption

What Makes You the Hero for This Job:

  • You bring deep expertise in HubSpot and marketing operations systems
  • You think in systems and build for scale, not just short-term fixes
  • You turn ambiguity into clear frameworks, processes, and dashboards
  • You are highly analytical but also business-minded and outcome-driven
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and influence without authority
  • You also bring some experience with Clay - data enrichment and automation

 Superpowers:

  • Ownership. You own the entire marketing operations ecosystem, from funnel architecture to data integrity. You don’t wait for problems to surface; you proactively identify gaps, fix broken processes, and ensure systems run cleanly and efficiently. When attribution is off, data is messy, or handoffs break down, you take responsibility and drive solutions that scale.
  • Customer Obsessed. You recognize that behind every lead, campaign, and data point is a real customer. You build systems that create a seamless, accurate, and valuable customer journey, from first touch to closed deal. Your work ensures that Marketing and Sales operate in sync, delivering a consistent and high-quality experience that ultimately makes contractors heroes.
  • Proactive Learning. You stay ahead of the curve in marketing operations, continuously leveling up your expertise in HubSpot, automation, attribution models, and emerging tools like Clay. You actively seek better, faster, and more scalable ways to operate, bringing new ideas and innovations that improve performance and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Team Commitment. You operate as a true partner across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance. You build systems that serve the entire organization-not just one team-and ensure alignment through clear SLAs, shared definitions, and consistent processes. You elevate those around you by creating clarity, documentation, and enablement that drives adoption and success.
  • Self Awareness. You understand where your systems, processes, and assumptions may fall short. You seek feedback from stakeholders, validate your frameworks with data, and adjust quickly when something isn’t working. You know when to go deep technically and when to collaborate, ensuring the best outcomes over being “right.”

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
