Customer Account Executive I

Mission:
As a Customer Account Executive (CAE), you'll partner with JobNimbus customers to help them unlock more value from their platform. You'll become a trusted advisor, guiding accounts to adopt JobNimbus features, new ancillary products and services, and best practices that improve their business. In addition, you'll work closely with our Technical Success, Customer Support, and Implementation teams to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcome. This is a quota-carrying role focused on revenue growth, retention, and adoption. Your success = your customer's success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Schedule exploratory calls, identify growth opportunities, and conduct product demos
- Work closely with customers to expand their adoption of JobNimbus features, integrations, and ancillary products and services
- Close ancillary products and services for potential and current JobNimbus logos
