Mission:

Join our Product Management team as a Senior Product Manager and craft cutting-edge solutions for real-world business challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a product portfolio, defining vision and strategy to maximize impact for both customers and JobNimbus.
  • Conduct customer research through interviews, feedback analysis, and beta releases to identify key customer needs and opportunities.
  • Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform a winning product strategy.
  • Manage feature backlogs and create product roadmaps, fostering alignment across departments.
  • Develop epics, user stories, and other documentation for product enhancements and new features.
  • Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to design exceptional user experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure the envisioned user experience is achieved.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless product communication and launches.
  • Analyze and measure customer engagement and usage to quantify and report on the impact of product changes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of growing B2B SaaS products.
  • Ability to conduct user testing and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience crafting compelling value propositions.
  • A passion for understanding customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of modern product principles.
  • Ability to identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with SaaS business models (a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
