Account Executive, Suppliers

Mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and impact-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with our customers, showcasing the value of our supplier partner integration platform. You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate how our solution solves their pain points, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth and customer value. Improving the Roofer’s material experience through a fully automated experience is the goal.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work externally with our Supplier partners and establish relationships with key leadership and stakeholders within each organization.
- Fully understand and adopt the Sales process to help manage and optimize sales performance.
- Become familiar with key logos and establish strong relationships/connections with these accounts
- Work to understand the product, process and our logos with the goal of getting to full ramp quota within 90 days.
- You’ll be responsible for owning an adoption and revenue number each month and quarter that will help scale the company and achieve our growth goals.
- Work with vendor partners (existing and new) to create mutually beneficial relationships that help each side grow and obtain goals. You’ll partner with senior leadership in helping provide valuable feedback that can be used to strengthen our supplier partnerships
- Work with Product and Engineering in identifying key areas of opportunity to improve integration, improve gaps, and create a competitive product that drives value for our customers. Additionally, you’ll be partnering with Suppliers to enlist their resourcing to improve and scale the integrations
- Work directly with our logos to get them to value faster with our supplier integrations across Beacon, ABC, and SRS.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
