Mission:The Director of Sales, FinTech, will drive scalable and sustainable revenue growth by developing and executing a world-class sales strategy. They will work closely with key departments across the organization to help optimize sales performance and achieve the company’s goals.
What Makes You A Hero For This Job:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, including SaaS, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing sales teams.
- SaaS knowledge: Deep understanding of subscription-based sales models, including PLG, freemium, and enterprise-led sales
- Expertise in managing multiple sales teams across different verticals (payments, financing, marketing, etc.)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional team-building, coaching, and motivational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MGA or advanced degree preferred
