Mission:
Work directly with our Supplier Partners (Beacon, SRS, & ABC) in providing support, training, and demos to help scale our supplier integrations and adoption.  This CSM will proactively work internally as well as externally with partners in getting our logos to more effectively adopt the supplier integration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establishing a process for supplier ticketing process and resolution
  • Hold consistent webinars, demos, and presentations across Beacon and SRS
  • Be the one single point of contact for Beacon and SRS for escalation of support
  • Process the Hubspot ticketing and resolution process
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and complete support requests from partners
  • Expand your product knowledge of the JobNimbus system, with key emphasis on NSE and Supplier integration

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
  • Ability to de-escalate customer support requests and maintain a positive, goal-driven customer relationship.
  • Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
