Mission:
The Outbound Account Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential JobNimbus customers, sparking interest, delivering high-impact demos, and closing deals - all to drive new business and grow revenue.

Mission:

What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, social outreach, and strategic follow-ups
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and convert prospects into customers.
- Own the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and hitting activity benchmarks
- Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure visibility and momentum across the sales pipeline.
- Partner and source leads with Sales Development Representatives
- Proven success in outbound sales or business development.
- Strong communication and next-level presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage leads with authenticity.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
