Senior Product Designer

Mission:
Elevate our customer experiences through well-crafted, valuable, strategic, intuitive, and validated solutions that span multiple personas, workflows, and platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate customer goals and challenges into valuable solutions.
- Make customer-centered design decisions based on real understanding and data.
- Create consistent experiences using our JobNimbus brand guidelines, standards, and robust design system.
- Show, don’t tell, your design ideas using a wide variety of tools like storyboards, wireframes, flows, UI mockups, and prototypes.
- Discover and synthesize customer insights through interviews, user testing, data analysis, and building partnerships with CX and Sales teams.
- Bring a passion for design culture and new technologies to the R&D team to elevate our process while staying focused on the customer.
- Make an impact on the design team through mentorship, participating in critiques, and finding ways to support each other.
- Own the holistic customer experience—be willing to find answers and view problems as opportunities.
What Makes You the Hero for This Job:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a product or UX designer.
- Formal education in a design-related field from a college, university, online program, or bootcamp (preferred).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with AI design tools (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to make customer-centered design decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills—both in presenting your work and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to self-direct and prioritize your own work.
