Mission: 

At JobNimbus we are obsessed with making our contractors heroes to their customers. In this role you will be responsible for helping our logos understand the power of marketing services in scaling their businesses.  You’ll be working alongside other sales and marketing professionals in engaging with contractors to couple products and services like PPC, SEO, and Website management to improve their lead generation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and target high-potential leads through a combination of outbound outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling) and inbound lead qualification.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, networking, and relationship-building within your assigned territory.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities by using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales stages.
  • Qualify and develop leads to move them through the sales funnel, from initial contact to final proposal and closing.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs, and map those needs to our marketing service offerings.
  • Present tailored marketing solutions and SaaS-powered services that deliver measurable ROI for clients.
  • Develop proposals, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.
  • Close sales in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring revenue growth while maintaining a strong customer relationship.
  • Work closely with sales development, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
