Mission:
Lead and innovate our paid marketing strategies to drive significant revenue growth by leveraging creativity, AI automation, and cutting-edge approaches.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategize and Execute Paid Marketing Initiatives
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Leverage AI and Automation
- Utilize AI tools to automate marketing processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Innovate in Advertising
- Create out-of-the-box advertising campaigns that set us apart in the market.
- Explore New Channels
- Identify and capitalize on emerging advertising platforms and trends.
- Performance Analysis
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Resource Advocacy
- Confidently advocate for the tools and resources needed to achieve marketing success.
- Stay Ahead of Trends
- Keep abreast of industry developments, particularly in AI and automation, to maintain a competitive edge.
What makes you the hero for this job:
- Minimum of 5+ years in demand generation with a focus on paid marketing.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong advocate for AI and ability to automate marketing tasks.
- Exceptional creativity with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking.
- Assertive and confident in pursuing necessary resources and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies.
- Potential to grow into higher leadership roles.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads).
- Familiarity with the book "Alchemy" by Rory Sutherland.
- B2C marketing experience.
