Vice President of Product

Every great story needs a hero who sees what others can't — who looks at a complex, noisy world and finds the path forward. At JobNimbus, we believe the best software doesn't just solve problems; it anticipates them. It predicts. It automates. It tells our customers exactly where to focus so they can stop managing chaos and start building something great.

We're looking for a VP of Product who has been on this kind of journey before. Someone who knows how to translate a bold vision into a roadmap, rally a team around a north star, and ship products that customers actually love. You've fought the dragons of churn, conquered the mountains of misaligned priorities, and come out the other side with the battle scars — and the wisdom — to prove it.

If that sounds like your story, we want you to bring your superpowers to ours.

The Vision

Build the right thing, at the right time, for the right people.

The BHAG you're working toward: A system that predicts and automates everything in our customers' businesses — and tells them exactly where to focus their time.

What You'll Own

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and champion a 3-year product vision with a detailed, work-backwards roadmap — including release milestones, vertical GTM targets, and projected outcomes
  • Maintain a rolling 12-month roadmap with high confidence in the near term and clear strategic intent further out — updated every quarter

The Customer at the Center

  • Build an end-to-end customer journey map, identify the friction points, and make sure the whole company sees and feels what our customers experience
  • Establish a high standard of customer interaction across your entire team — weekly touchpoints, feedback loops, NPS tracking, and a culture of genuine customer empathy
  • Own product sentiment signals (NPS, CSAT, feature feedback) and drive relentless improvement against them

Your Team

  • Build and elevate a world-class product org
  • Partner closely with engineering as a true collaborator: guide sprint planning, hold retrospectives, and keep the team shipping with intention
  • Foster a culture of testing, experimentation, and fast iteration — make "let's try it" a reflex, not a committee decision

The Full Product Lifecycle

  • Own pricing & packaging strategy — research best practices, lead price changes, and review existing pricing bi-annually to maximize growth and retention
  • Build comprehensive GTM plans for every product launch — spanning marketing, sales, and CX, with clear handoffs, acceptance criteria, and accountability
  • Manage in-product marketing to existing customers and partner with the marketing team on broader feature awareness campaigns
  • Keep product documentation sharp, accurate, and accessible — partner with CX to make sure the knowledge base stays current

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Own the company-wide product planning and prioritization process — gathering input from sales, CX, expansion, and the leadership team, then setting strategy based on that signal
  • Maintain a live competitive scorecard and keep battlecards up to date with sales
  • Evangelize the JobNimbus product externally — conferences, customer training, partnerships, and presentations
  • Help every team at JobNimbus think more like product builders: gathering feedback, empathizing with customers, and using data to find opportunities

The KPIs You'll Move

MetricThe Goal
Product-related churn (90-day)<5%
NPS (last 90 days)>50
Product CSAT>80% (4 or 5 rating)

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a senior product leader at a B2B SaaS company — you've owned a product org, not just a function within one
  • A track record of building and shipping products that demonstrably moved retention, NPS, or revenue
  • Deep instincts for prioritization — you know how to say no to good ideas in service of great ones
  • Experience with pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • A player-coach mentality — you build great teams and you're still in the details when it matters
  • Strong communication skills — you can rally engineers, translate customer feedback into product strategy, and present vision to a boardroom

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
